Texting Terms

What messages are for

If you check the optional texting box, we may send one automated message to the mobile number you provide to acknowledge your application. The message uses your application language, English or Spanish. If you apply outside office hours, the same message may include an approved callback window. You can reply to the number for the office to review. This application does not send appointment, hiring-status or staff-written follow-up texts. These are not marketing messages. Message frequency varies with eligible applications; a text does not promise an interview, offer or callback time.

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Use a number you control, and tell the office if that number changes.

Your permission and time zone

Consent is not a condition of employment. The checkbox starts unchecked. You may leave it unchecked and still submit your application. Confirm your own time zone if you want automated texts; if it is unknown or unconfirmed, we hold those texts instead of guessing. Automated application texts are held outside 8 AM to 9 PM in your confirmed time zone.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to stop application texts. You may receive one confirmation; no further application texts will be sent unless you separately opt in again. You may also tell the office by calling 281-357-1555. Reply HELP for help or call that same office number. You do not need to agree to texts to call us.
