One owner

An owner run company in Tomball, not a branch of a national chain. You will meet the people you work for.

A typical week.

Early starts, because concrete pours at first light. Two pours on a good day. Home at night, because our bases are where our work is. The big plant pours run nights and weekends and are staffed as such. Can we say operators are home every night? Answer

Questions operators ask

Do I need a Class A?
No. A truck mounted boom pump is a single vehicle, so a Texas Class B CDL is enough, with no air brake restriction and a current DOT medical card. Class A only matters if you will tow a line pump or a placing boom trailer. No tanker or hazmat endorsement.
I have a CDL but have never run a pump.
Apply for the oiler to operator path. You start on a crew, learn setup, line and cleanout on our equipment, and move to your own unit when you are ready. The terms are explained on the first call.
What about rain days?
The honest answer from every pump company is that concrete does not pour in a storm. How we handle slow days for our operators is explained on the first call, in numbers, not slogans. Overtime, per diem on out of town jobs, paid time off, rain day pay: what can we post? Answer
Who will I hear from?
Our HR team calls you back. To reach HR directly, call (281) 357-1555, extension 115.
